Device inventory

A web panel shows which stations and aircraft are assigned to the unit and what state they are in.

Self-service

Replacing a station or an aircraft is done by the unit itself, without contacting the manufacturer. Permitted for the operator-pilot.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many steps does onboard installation take?

Eight. All connections are made with connectors, no soldering required. Flight controller parameters are not changed, and the order of cable connection does not matter.

Does the flight controller need configuring?

No. Configuration is handled on the module side; no changes to ArduPilot settings are required.

What language is the control software in?

CobraQGC is localised in Ukrainian, with around 98.5% interface coverage. Flight, controller setup and link diagnostics are in a single window, so operators do not need retraining on an English-language interface.

Can a COBRA remote antenna be connected?

Yes. COBRA antennas connect to the controller; for maximum radio range the COBRA XL-E antenna system is used. See COBRA remote antennas.

Are there platform speed limits?

Around 60 km/h — this is a limitation of the satellite terminal, not of the system. Not critical for a heavy multirotor; for faster platforms it requires verification.
